Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. During the holiday season, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. This does not include shipping times. Once processed, you will receive an email for shipping confirmation.
While we do not charge for lateness, your service time will be adjusted based on the time you arrive. If you arrive 5 minutes late to a 60 minute service, your total service time will be 55 minutes. Your appointment must be rescheduled if you'll be more than 10 minutes late. Please contact the number provided to reschedule at no cost.
Clients not who do not show up or reschedule their appointment will be considered a no-show and your card will be charged for the total of the appointment. Should your method of payment decline, you a deposit will be required to re-book.
Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in your confirmation email. You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. If cancellation is requested, you will receive a credit to reschedule the same service at a later date. As a reminder, we do not offer refunds, but your service credit will never expire.
